About Rich Cosner
Rich Cosner, President of Prudential California Realty and 35-year real estate veteran, began his career in Cleveland, Ohio, at age 21.
Rich has seen many changes in the real estate industry and has always upheld unparalleled customer service as central to his company growth model.
Moving to California in 1980, he managed an office for Merrill Lynch Realty, and in 1984 was promoted to regional Vice President for Merrill Lynch's Orange County region.
Rich Cosner's 35 years of real estate experience has shown him how to serve homebuyers and homesellers in all kinds of real estate markets. He has the ability to show his agents how to help their clients maneuver through the stormy seas of the recent real estate market and help them make the most of their situations and opportunities.
Launching his own firm in 1987, he successfully grew the company to the #2 spot in five short years in one of the world's largest franchise systems. He changed franchise affiliation in 1992 when his organization became Prudential California Realty. The company is presently one of the larger real estate companies in North America and has an annual sales volume of over two billion dollars.
Presently, the firm operates in North Orange County, the Inland Empire and San Bernardino Counties of California. The company has 8 offices and almost 1,000 sales associates.
